When investing, supported methods include wire and digital settlement. The exact options are shown at the time of an offering.

Every share you buy is a genuine legal share, recorded in your name — the same equity that has always existed, kept on a modern, tamper-resistant record.

You review the offering documents, confirm your accredited status, and — if you choose to invest — your shares are issued and recorded in your name. Nothing is a promise on paper.

There's no platform fee to buy. A fee applies only when selling through a secondary offering, which is forthcoming. Any offering shows its own terms.

You'll receive an email with the reason — usually a blurry or expired ID, or a name that didn't match your registration. You can re-attempt verification from the start.

Use one of the backup codes you saved during setup. Without them, contact support@captal.ai to begin account recovery, which requires re-verifying your identity.

VerifyInvestor.com typically completes verification within 1–3 business days, and your account updates automatically once it's approved.
